Staging Recommendations Report
With a mind towards protecting your staging investment, we create a
complete, room-by-room report that details and prioritizes recommendations
for packaging and displaying your property for maximum marketability.
Cost: $245
Occupied Property Hands-on Staging Support
We can do as much or as little as you need to help execute the Staging
Recommendations! Our crew can rearrange furniture & furnishings to
maximize marketability, identify items for pre-pack, supplement your
furnishings with pieces from our inventory, and pack & move out items not
being used in your “staged” property.
Priced on a “per bid” basis.
Vacant Property Hands-on Staging Support
In consumer goods analogy, a vacant property is a “white toothpaste box
with black TOOTHPASTE lettering”. It does nothing to highlight the
property’s features, appeal to the target market, and show the value of
the space. We strategically add furniture and furnishings to package the
property for maximum marketability— define function, maximize perception
of room size, improve the marketing power of internet photos, and slow
down the tour by giving prospective buyers something to look at.
Priced on a “per bid” basis.
Price includes a one-time Staging fee which covers design, installation,
and destaging, and a monthly Furnishings Rental fee.
