StageSetters: About Us
Our “Stage to Sell” philosophy is based solidly on
marketing strategies employed all around us in the consumer goods world.
The everyday products that we buy (think toothpaste, dish soap, candy,
etc.) are packaged and displayed in order to:
- highlight their strengths and features,
- appeal to their target market,
- offer convenience to the buyer, and
- increase the perceived value of the product.
Businesses invest in the packaging and display of their product because
they know it attracts buyers and increases their profit margin.
Our role in the real estate process is to help home
sellers utilize furniture and furnishings, rather than paper and print, to
package and display their properties to achieve all of the same goals!
The strength of our staff lies in our effective use of
both an “eye for design” and “head for marketing” in order to generate
maximum return on your staging investment. The blending of both these
pieces yields properties that spend less days on the market and sell at a
higher price than houses that have not been staged.
